Shipping Information

All orders are shipped with Canada Post.
Orders are shipped through Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your treats to arrive.
Delivery times are based upon normal business volumes. You may choose to upgrade the shipping method for faster delivery. Just let us know if you would like your package sent by faster methods by emailing us.

Please contact your local customs authority for any tax or duty information. We cannot be responsible for this type of charge.

Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico and Canadian Territories are subject to an additional surcharge.

*We do not not ship to P.O. Boxes in the United States.

Return

We’ll gladly accept the return of any unsatisfactory product if received back in our offices within 14 days of delivery. Once we receive your return, we’ll issue a credit for the purchase price. The credit may be used for any product from our collections within 12 months of the returned item. We do not offer credit back to your charge card.
*Please note that shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
